For ya Mama Mixtape Vol. 1

Another on-disc design that went to production via Disc Makers. 1000 of these were pressed up & sold all over in Chicago-land & surrounding areas. This is about 3 years old as of November 10'
This was done in Photoshop. I had never even opened illustrator until a few months after this was done, but had I known it, it would have made this project a little easier for me.

Art & More

This was a myspace music background. The first thing the guest saw when they would click onto there page (when myspace was relevant). Minus the obvious inappropriate subject matter to the right, I thought this was a good piece. This is an example of "I didn't write the book, I just read it." They told me what they wanted, and I actually exceeded what they wanted & they were very happy with the way it turned out. This is actually 2+ years old. still a good peice none-the-less.

Redrum (mixtape) - The Game (revamp of original)

MINE                             OTHER
Ok.. The story with this is, I downloaded a free mixtape by this gentlemen. Open the zip file and found the cover on the RIGHT inside the zip file. I can see the file was not saved correctly, everything is pixelated terribly, the 'PARENTAL ADVISORY" logo is not sized to standard legal size. I have no information on who did the cover, if it was someone within the artists design department or what. But I re-made the cover for the better or so I have been told by many people I showed it too.

*I would appreciate any comments/critique below. Be sure to click the picture and check out the full details side to side.

Tales of a Lost Boy - Badluk (back tray) 3 of 3

This is my favorite part of the whole layout. There is a couple pictures of myself in there, some of the pictures I took myself, other pictures were from friends & the like.

Some of my better work. These are a couple of very good friends of mine. They just told me there budget, and said "have at it." and I went through about 3-4 different versions of the cover before this was the final one they chose. The album came out a year ago in September. This actually went to print to Disc Makers a well known disc duplication/replication company.

The rest of the art will be posted above this.
